HOW your waterpump when mine when bad my car overheated because there was no water circuing so my temp sensor didnt know when it got hot can be so many differt things

but now that db1_599 mentions the water pump,
how do i know if the water pump is working real quick?

91 DA9 proud owner.... but not so proud overheater....
ill be driving sometimes but i drive with the heat on... if its of it goes up... sometimes when i start to drive my temp shoots up quick but then goes down!
im trying to take my thermostat out tomorrow... but i hope thta works from recomendations from a few people.

that sounds familiar....
shoots up...then shoots down...
my question now is, again, before i do anything, how do i know if my water pump works? and will it be a good idea to just take the thermostat out so the dam water can circulate freely? but i dont know if my pump works.

eh id watch out what you say... theres some honda ***** runnign around here... i dont really know... a friend said do it... but idk eh haha
