overheating
My 95 civic starts to Overheat when I turn on the A/C
But if I have it off the temp stays low even if I drive all day.
Its NOT my water pump
Its NOT the fan {fan is on all the time}
So can some one help me

no thermostat? So your water pump just stays on all the time no matter what? Your water pump is a positive displacement pump man, which means its only on under certain conditions. Conditions such your thermostat reads that your engine is warm and need coolant pumped through it. Im not saying that its your thermostat that is causing the problem, but i think you have a thermostat. If not thats cool, im just simply saying..... Anyway, i think you need to check your coolant levels. If your water pumps good and thermostat is good and your fan is working, then it is likely low coolant. Throw some water in it and it should take care of the problem. The reason for the overheating with the a/c is because it is causeing your engine to work a bit harder and that little extra work is probably pushing your motor over the line and causes it to everheat.

No thermostat can sometimes cause a car to overheat. When you remove the t-stat it allows the coolant to flow too fast between the engine and the rad, not allowing proper cooling. The hot coolant just keeps recirculating without enough time to cool down. Try putting in a t-stat or some kind of restrictor to slow that coolant flow down.

did you replace the thermostat? if so it seems this problem has been popping up lately. did you burb the system, you know let the air out. when you work on you cooling system and add antifreeze you need to let the air out. if not it'll continue to overheat. if that still doesn't work try replacing your radiator cap. anything else will cause a leak and a leak is pretty easy to find.

There is no air in the system. Antifreeze level good, radiator cap is good
BUT one thing i was testing the radiator heat level and the top was 200F and the bottom was 150F. Is that good or bad
P.S when I drive over 4grand that’s when it starts to overheat until I stop at a light it goes back down.

Dude go to Autozone and buy the Fan Coolant Sensor it that man.... you might think your fan kick on but it doesn't it just fools you.....I have the same symptoms on my car and I check everything from coolant hoses, thermostat, Fuses, Air in coolant system, Radiator cap, Radiator and in the end it was just a sensor that cost me 20 bucks!

What does the rad look like. My eg was doin the same thing. I thought it was ect sensor changed it and it still kept overheatin. Changed thermo, coolant, rad cap, still overheated. Got a used rad and now it runs fine. Must have been clogged or something but try changin rad.
