i was throwing a IAT code only and now that i fixed that with a new sensor it is thrown the IACV code 14??????

 

well, are you experiencing an erratic idle, or a loping one? Try reseting the ECU again, see if it goes away.

 

check your TPS and idle settings. do you have access to a scan tool, like the snapon one? would make life way easier.
TPS setting should be 10% with the throttle closed, idle should be 700-800. little higher if you got a canadian motor.

additionally, code 14 is not IACv. it is idle air system malfunction. could be caused by a bad iacv, but also a bunch of other things.

 

it has a good idle at like 900 jus on start up it will drop down for a sec then idles fine. and when its idling it wont throw the code but when u give it gas it will

 

up any ideas i think the tps is ouf of adjustment i glanced at it looks to one side any other ideas
