hi guys!
Some of you know I had some overheating probs in August at my 1st track event with the new turbo engine. here are the old posts:
Race-Report from Pannonia Ring in August.

Try to solve the overheating problems:

Well, after the ultra-high-end-bumper-modification the oil temp was between 125-145 degrees and the water temp never reached the first line before the thick center line .....so I think the "Skeletor" bumper did the work. "Did" cause now it is damaged, I drove too fast into a high speed curve and I jumped into the gravelbed.
......I have already some ideas for remodeling the bumper, but I have to begin from zero with it, cause it is all gone. *gg*
BTW: I have ordered some nice weight reduction parts from USA.
Seibon carbon doors, trunck door and hood + full set of lexan glasses. Should be making an difference of about 80kg, equal to about 40-50hp when I compare the power to weight ratio.
I was 4 seconds faster than last time.
I did: 2:10.180
my friend: 2:10,7xx
my gf: 2:14,xx
The 2:10 time was without traffic, but I had to pass a very slow and gay driving 550 Maranello and that had cost me a few tenth to get into an 2:09 time. .....but next year with the weight reduction programm I want more like a 2:06 time or so. *gg* ...wait I will install a DOG tranny too...thjat should make that freakin car even more faster. Muhahaha.
PS: My GF was not faster than me last time, we had a mistake in our recordings.

Nice write up, I'm glad the new aero "adjustments" served their purpose. Too bad they didn't last long
. You need to post pictures of after the wreck....and pictures of your car in general haha. Also, make sure and post shots once those new parts are fitted!

We just deceided to go to Brno /CZ Republic) too this week (damn to track events in one week - kinda hard for men and machine) - I just got home 1 hour ago. To bad the damn tranny lost the 4th gear early morning in round 4.....lol...what a short event for me
......I ruined my tranny 2 times this year. 3rd gears went bye bye in August. Can't wait to get a serious stronger DOG Box. 430 tourque is just too mutch for the little Honda gears.
My gf was so excited, cause it was the first time at the international Motodrom in Brno where the Moto GP is driving too. Too bad she could not drive the Turbo.
Here are symbolic pictures of the day:

Is the bumper repairable Christian? Doesn't look that bad. I was expecting worse. Just looks like one crack and some paint damage.
Just out of curiousity, what kind of HP and Torque numbers does your ITR put out?
<-------too lazy to go look at past threads
