hello all. im posting here as sort of a last ditch effort. so ill start off with the basics...i have a 98 cx hatch with a 98 ex harness...so there has been nothing hacked up. h2b swap...everything should be electrically sound. moving on. i changed heads on my h22 to one that wasnt milled just a stock head...replaced the o-ring under the cam cap along with the little plunger dealy thing...along with the ones that go further up towards the cam gears. ive changed vtec solenoids. ohm'd out the wiring...all good. no CELs. no blown fuses...alternator and battery both charging fine. have great oil pressure. uhhhhhm. i guess thats pretty much it. everything else is working perfectly normal. im running a chipped p30 tuned on uberdata. thanks in advance ......P.S. havnt tried swapping ecus yet. but will do so today

ur probably missing one of the pins in the rocker assmbly. happened to me. take out the cams and look at each one of the rockers to make sure the pins are all in there.
