PS: It's called IACV ("Idle Air Control Valve").
And it's not a very fun thing to take off. It requires a lot pulling, twisting, and manliness.

I need to make a how to thread for this.
1) Warm car
2) Shut off car
3) Remove air intake from throttle body
4) Start car
5) Spray carburetor cleaner in the ~10:30 position hole in the throttle body. (This feeds the IACV)
6) Car will stall
7) Let sit for a minute
8) Repeat from step 4 until satisfied
9) Reattach air intake
10) Reset ECU

The problem with this method is that the solenoid plunger is not moving and the cleaner is not drawn through the IACV.

I'm going to give this a try in the future. A lot less work and it sounds like it will get better results.
