IWhere to get a Turbo Oil restrictor?

I already tried the search, can't seem to find it. Anyone know where I can get the Turbo Oil Restrictor?

get your oil inlet fitting welded then drill a .080in diameter hole in it.

what is the benefits of restricting turbo oil?

So that the oil seals in the turbo are not blown out by to high a pressure.

A C-clamp (or vise grips) available at any hardware store to partially pinch off the oil line
