Default car wont go pass 3000rpms

I just installed my turbo today, and now my car wont go pass 3000 rpm. Im on a stock fuel pump with DSM injectors. Im running the stock wastegate pressure which is around 5-6psi. My bov does not go off and when i try to drive pass 3000rpm, the car kinda chokes and feels like its dying

you can't pull the code with a scanner anyway.

a 3000rpm limit is a dead giveaway that you are in limp mode. The solid CEL is also a giveaway. Either the chip, the ECU, or the program are bad, that's it and that's all.

you have an ecu / electrical problem. if all of the cylinders are firing then no they have nothing to do with it. the limp mode runs the car horribly rich and it may seem like your injectors are fuxored but that usually isn't the case. focus on the ecu/wiring to the injectors.

your ecu either has a bad soldering job or the rom is no good.
thats your only problem.

i think the ecu is ok. When i use my stock ecu, the car doesnt even idle well. The tach shows that its only at 100-200 rpms. When i put in the chipped ecu, the car idles at 1000 and sounds normal. Could it be that the chip and ecu are fine, but the tuning sucks?
