Air fuel ratio hook up
Looking to find which wire to connect the signal wire from my af ratio guage to. researched archived material and found nothing usefull. Should I hook up to the o2 sensor directly or tap into the ecu harness? thanks
What kind of wideband is it? It sounds like you just have a narrowband lightshow sensor because a usefull wideband would come with it's own O2 sensor.

I did try to research and just found more people saying get rid of the light show than actually tell which wire is the signal wire. I hate posting such simple questions but I just didn't see the info. If you reseached it and know which wire to use wouldn't it be easy enough to just tell me raither than be an a$$
The FAQ's thread is also a good place to look.

Tap by the ECU. From the looks of it, you're probably OBDII. So it would be pin D7, a solid white wire.

the primary o2 sensor carries the wire to tap from. it is located @ pin a6, but i would tap it somewhere else downstream (my opinion). the colour, yes americans, colour..haha..being stupid...is black/white, it's the input signal to your ecu. also, as an extra, what is it with people that makes them want to bash every and anything. i mean not all, but some, did their mother's not give them enough praise as a child...seems pretty petty. if you don't like what someone else has, reply somewhere else, like good housekeeping forum on tomatoes in june or something. all i know is when it comes to cars, anything goes and who the hell is anyone to judge??? just ranting..
