Default oil in intercooler?

pulled my intercooler off to find oil inside any help?

I do not have a turbo car, but I would bet it is the seals in the turbo going bad???this wouldn't be an ebay turbo would it?

All depends on the money he's got. I mean, he could try and find a used one and hope the seals are good (and hope no one lies to him), or, he could just shell out the $350 and get his rebuilt, then he knows he's got a good turbo (assuming it's rebuilt with quality parts like any honest should would do). There are usually local diesel shops that'll do it, but they'll give you a hard time for bringing in such a small turbo

Some kits hook the valve cover breather to the intake pipe pre-turbo. You didn't do this, did you?
