On my third turbo mani now tell me whay u think
Here are my last two i made. I am improving but is still have a long way to go. Tell me what u think, suggestions.
I bought an unwelded collector for this because i can't afford a bandsaw yet.
I made this the night before a race so i didn't take the time to shine anything up but it still came out decent.

This is my latest for my d16. I used this design because i still have a full radiator in my ef and need it for track days. Still need to weld the gate on tomorrow.

The 4 into 1 i got from BMC race. Very nice piece, fit perfectly. The 2 into 1 was easy enough to cut on my chop saw.
With the stock radiator and fan, will that wastegate fit? I guess it could, I'm just used to looking at B-Series EF's, lol..
looks pretty good, you could probably go over the cap once with a steady hand and no filler to give it "the look" but it otherwise looks pretty damn good.
the 2-1 merge mani looks much better, more consistent anyways.

kinda hard to tell but if you look at the holes at bottom corners you can see that its about 3/8" thick, by the way nice work 55superbeetle.

looks good but i have a question.
i dont know the layout very well in a honda but is there room to taper the wastegate pipe so it can be feed better from all cylinders. again great job and im in no way putting down what your created im just curious and trying to broaden my horizon into the honda world.
