Educated Guesses.

hey kids. I've got a 93 dx with I/H/E and cat removal. What kind of power are the mods worth and what besides N20 is the cheapest way to get decent power.

Yea...swap something else in there. If you're looking for a cheap swap go for the LS motor or get the EX SOHC VTEC for even cheaper but less power. Theyre both good and respond well to turbos when you save more money.
