Default First Bike

What would be the best first bike(s) to start riding on? (something to consider when next riding season comes along)

Dude, I already tried that. Apparently, 'first' is too common of a word to search.

Perhaps the 1st thread in this forum would be a good place to start.... it's called

"To all beginners/newbies asking about getting a new bike..."

And here's the link if you need help finding it (It's the first thread on the page)

probably base your first bike on your overall size, and how comfortable you sit on it.. you don't wanna be 6'3" 300lbs on a 250 or 4'11 85lbs on a busa... look at a few at the dealerships, sit on a couple... then when you like one try and find that bike used, dealers usually rip u a new one... then decide whether you willing to take the responsibility of riding it! ride off and enjoy!! with (cough) msfgearinsurance of course

i started on a 636, with zero experience.. although most people are against the idea...

What the expletive? Are you a complete idiot? You don't know how to search forums?! Stone him, kill him, burn him alive! What do you think this is, some kind of a place to ask questions?!

This is about as smart as picking on grammar.

Pfft,

"Baby, don't you know the current trend is to make big bikes more compact. See, it says right here; Ninja 1250R."

Decals of the number 1 are pretty cheap. You are two decals away from having a Ninja 1250R

Or, better yet, a Ninja 2501R. Cause you know dem hoes love displacement.
