Default What are some good looking beginner bikes?

Im looking to start riding so Ive been researching beginner bikes. What are some good looking beginner bikes weither it be stock or ones that youve seen modified and look good? These are some of the ones that I like, most of them are "naked" but Id love to see some early Ninja 600's or CBR's ( I know, not the best beginner bike) that have been updated. I really wish that manufactuerers would make better looking beginner bikes. I think a lot more beginners would learn on a smaller displacement bike if they actually looked better. I know its not a good wat to shop for bikes if your a beginner but I know that when I first started looking at bikes, I was looking based upon looks and not so much as to the specs of the bike. Im amazed that you can still get a 250R Ninja that looks like its right out of "Top Gun". Lets see some nice beginner bikes that look good to. Post up what youve seen around.

Bikes that Ive been looking at (stock photos)
Yamaha SRx-6

Suzuki GS500

Suzuki bandit 600

Aesthetics are a very personal decision.

But, I believe the new (Suzuki) GS500F's come with full-fairings that resemble the GSXR line.

Appearance shouldn't really matter for your first bike because you will probably drop it.

i think if they made them mini 636 look a likes theyd sell like hotcakes.

i agree. i think what keeps sales down and beginner injuries up is the fact that most of the beginner bikes look ugly.

i think the hyosung 250 is poorly designed in comp to the ex250

both bikes feel real cheap, but the hyosung isn't as light as the ex250. but it has dual disc brakes i guess...

5'7 isnt that bad man, theres girl riders that are shorter than that

youll fit a ninja 250 with ease, shouldnt have any problems with a cbr rf2-f4 either

try wearing timberlands or something that give you an extra inch if it really bothers you

Gees half the bikes mentioned or posted aren't even manufactured anymore, lol.

My Rebel is a pretty sweet looking bike. I'd post a pic of it now, but photobucket is being a PITA to load at the moment (for me).

i'm gonna go ahead and throw in my vote for an sv650 as well. Plenty of aftermarket to keep you interested in the bike, as well as nice useable power. While still being easy on the wallet.
