i know you can do it. i have my ngk wideband plugged into my eld and have it displaying voltage and af ratio. im pretty sure you need to go to options, settings then be on the wideband lambda tab then you can go in a change the parameters to match your aem's scale.

I am looking into that and i was told the AEM needs a offset voltage as well? I am hoping to find some one here who has the AEM installed and working so i can be sure i do it correct.

i dont know if i got your question right but it seems u wanna change the unit type?

Go to options ---> sensors ---- AF (here select the units as air fuel ratio instead of lambda)

it shouldnt matter what brand the wideband is.. they are all 0-5v sensors. for example on mine 0v=9.00-1 af and 5v=16.00-1. just use the voltage from the aem instead of mine. then you would just need to use the voltage offset to dial in the hondata to read exactly what your aem is reading. here a pic of what mine looks like.
