Since my machine shop is backed up until spring (race season is over), I wont be getting my y8 block back until February. The block is being hot-tanked, honed, sleeved, and re-assembled using arp hardware and TT h-beam rods. Since I am anxious to get my turbo setup on my hatch, I have decided to throw my y8 head on my y7 block and boost it. (mildly) My question is this: can I reuse the trans bolts on my dx trans when I put the ex trans in? The reason I ask is because they look a tad different. Any help would be appreciated.
