Default car cutting off after vtec 2nd gear and 3rd gear

I got my car dyno tuned by DNR with hondata s300. Ever since then When I hit full tthrottle 1st gear is fine, 2nd gear after 6k car feels like it just shuts off and cel flashes once and then drives normal low end. This is annoying. Could this be the tuned or my 2 step rev limiter. He set my 2 step to 3k.
I have drag turbo kit on ls vtec setup rc 550cc

Could be 2 step or boost limit cut. Often the cel flash is the shift light. Or you may be boost creeping into the boost limit.

Yes my speedometer is working and Im currently running stock map sensor boosting 10psi. COuld it be because i floor the gas instead of steady the gas causing it to cut of on top??The check engine flashes once and turns off right away? Should I lower the boost?

The car likes hesitates to go any faster and then cel flashes once and goes away and drives normal again on low rpm. How do I get rid of this? 2 step rev limit? Where is the boost limit cut? Im running hallman mbc

All my experience is with s200.With s300 I believe you have datalogging standard. You can see the boost limit as well as all the two step limits with a laptop and cable. Your tuner maybe able to help over the phone. It would also only take a minute for him to check/reset in person.

You could always turn the boost down a touch to see if its a boost cut.

Im not familiar with Hondata though so it could definately be sumthing else.

it looks like when I floor it pass vtec, boost gauge went up 13psi, damn. It was only tuned for 10 . Could that hesitation be boost cut?

Stock MAP is good to about 12psi. Anything over that and you are adding air without adding fuel.
Other than the possible severe detonation, you might be hitting limp mode by maxing out the MAP.
Try to adjust that MBC to where it is not spiking.

stock maps get stupid with boost cut, you may be 10 psi but hte sensor only being able to read to 11psi +- .x

knock the boost down to the wastegate spring, leave the cut where it is, and see what it does.

it is probably spiking a little and hitting boost cut.
