Default Mini Me Swap, High idle and running too rich.

I'm doing a mimi me swap. With a D16z6.

Installed a Blox intake manifold on stock TB.

Right now, its running rich and really high idle.

Seems like the idle is around 4K.

I don't know whats wrong.

I've redid the timing twice already.

Tried adjusting the idle by the idle control screw but still nothing.
Tried the throttle cable. Spark plugs are gapped at 0.44.

-----------------------------

Well I've fixed the high idle, it ended up being the gaskets.

Anyways, the car is running really rich.

I'm thinking either the spark plug or spark plug wire.

I read that you need d16z6 spark plug wire

and d16y8 spark plugs.

I think i have both d16y8 plug and wire.

Will this be the problem why it is running so rich?

no your spark plug wires arent going to make you run rich.
did you adjust cam timing or ignition timing.
do you have any engine codes
maybe you need a tune

Timing should be fine.

I'm thinking maybe a bad ECU?

You mean Canister?
That "bs" is called your Evap system, and is crucial not only for emisions, but also for fuel economy, Genius.
Without it, you will throw a Check engine light in Obd2 cars, and not pass inspection.
Do some research

First check the mechanical timing and then the ignition timing with a timing gun.
