Can I use LS rods in a D16Y8 enigne with vitara pistons? which yeah LS rods can be used? other hardware?

 

Yes u can use them I am in the process of doing this myself. You will need a machine shop to do some fab work on the big end of the rod and also fab the small end for a d16 piston to fit. All in all very inexspensive mod that will be stronger than a stock d16 rod setup.
