Didn't you have this thread long time ago. You had a F22b2 Block with a F22b1 head.
Yes you do have VTEC. See if the VTEC solenoid is hooked up to something.

O wow. my bad. There is this exact same guy. He had the same intake as yours, same rust spots. Same engine with the same swap. WEIRD!
Anyways, is the green wire hooked up to anything else or just hanging around?

yea its a f23, look at the exhaust ports, they are uneven 0-00-0
f22's are even:: 0-0-0-0

WRONG.... the 94+ f22 and 98+ f23 have the same exhaust ports 0 -0-0 -0
while the 90-93 f22 has the even ports 0-0-0-0
at the very least that seems to be a f23 valve cover. without more pics it is hard to tell whats going on

I moved it out of here because of all the off topic bickering. I can still view the thread but no one else can unless they are a moderator as well.
You knew the answer in your first thread. It was answered that you most likely have a SOHC VTEC head swap onto a F22B2 block. Then there was talk about swapping a H22 head onto the F22B2 block... I dont think I need to go any further, this was already discussed and answered.
