do i have to ground a remote mounted oil pressure solenoid if im using steel braided line?

thanks man.....so the gauge will work w/o it being grounded with a seperate wire?

 

you said oil pressure solenoid. are you talking about an oil pressure gauge? if so the sender unit doesnt need anything just teh send wire to the gauge.. now the gauge needs power ground and send all to be hooke dup

 

yeah im talking about the gauge but it has a solenoid to send the gauge the signal. thanks for the help man.
