Need some advice/opinions
to start off i've had my 98 R for a little over two years now. ive never really driven it that much due to the high risk of theft in my area and my hectic work schedule. ive only put 5k miles on it since i've owned it. It's always been garaged since ive owned it (at my parents place) i recently relocated about 1.5 hours from my hometown, and at my new place i dont have a garage or any place to put it. a storage unit is not within my budget at this point. So ive been toying with the idea recently of selling because it really isnt doing me any good in this situation. I've been getting tired of driving my beater *** eg lately when i pay over $500 a month in car payment and insurance for a car that an hour and a half away and i never have time to drive it. i dont really need or want to get rid of it as i think i would regret it. but i kinda want to at the same time. so what would u do if you were me? i just feel like i want something nice that i can daily drive and not have to worry about
vehicles i would choose to replace it would be as follows 1. s2k 2. tsx 3.fit 4.350z
thanks for reading my rant and for your opinions/advice

If you live in a high-theft area, I wouldn't get a different car that's newer and maybe more expensive; you'll just have the same worries with that car, too.
couple different ways to look at it.
first you can say you have insurance and if anything happens, well thats why you have insurance. do what you can to keep it safe as far as security goes, but you know as well as the rest of us, if they want it they will get it.
second you can keep paying high payments and insurance, and let it sit. if thats the case I would just do whatever I could financially to pay it off as soon as possible.
third, sell it and get something better for a daily, and regroup to maybe by another R later on.
Since you hardly drive the R, what makes you want to keep it? do you just enjoy driving it when you get the chance? and I think you need to ask yourself, do you really NEED a better daily driver? or do you jsut WANT one. is the daily you have now not sufficient? I recently got sick of my daily EG (as its a POS and falling apart) and bought a cheap *** Yaris.

thanks for your input RTW DC2R. i absolutely love the R the way it drives and feels. better than any other car i have ever driven. when i can drive it, its bliss. i dont really need a better daily. i think i just want one. i still own the cars in my sig but i cant part with them. the ek was a gift for college and my crx was my first car ever. it sucks i cant just sell one to pay it off. btw my ek is in pieces. mabye if i put it back together and daily drove that i would make me happier and i could sell the beater eg to help pay off the R.
