Catch-Can 1/2" oil drainback fitting question
Ive just ordered two of the adaptor fittings that replace the blanking plugs on the back of the B16a engine. (i.e. the plugs that lead into the oil galleries P/N: 11107-PK2-003)
Im going to re-drill and tap the bottom of my catch-can to take this fitting but need to know a few things:
Anyone know or can measure:
*Whats the thread diametre on the adaptor
*whats the thread pitch on the adaptor

You ordered 2 fittings for the block, yet you want to use a 3rd for your catch can? Why would you want to use such an odd thread pitch for your catch can? Just use common pipe thread fittings that they have over in England (I guess BSPT) with 1/2" barb on the other end. The drain is is 3/8". So, you have 2 - 1/2" hoses from the block to the top of the catch can, and 1 - 3/8" hose that goes to a T spliced on the hose fitting on the driver side (since you're right hand drive), I assume.
Ive ordered two fittings.
1- for the back of the block
1- for the bottom of the catch can
The catch can is here...

it has a very small drain plug, maybe 3/8" at a rough guess. but id like to put one of my two block-plugs onto the bottom of it to match the drain-pipe(hose) size.
I need the diametre of the threaded part and the thread pitch if possible.?

Yeh I agree with the above person, why do you want to use such an odd sized pitch for the catch can?
good luck finding the tap, its metric. 28mm x 1.5mm (or maybe 1.0mm, I forget.. sorry)
