Default Timing check

i installed a new distributor.
Is the white mark(from crank pulley) suppose to line up with the timing mark at 16 Degree or the red mark.
little confused.

B series motor

i believe its the red mark... id ahve to look but its late and im lazy, just read a repair manual ... wait if you did a distributer, what you gotta do is get a timing light and use the flywheel (at least thats how it is on the H/F motors, and as long as its a stock flywheel) again id have to look at my motor but its late and im lazy

here!

The 0BTC mark is now at 16degrees
I cant get the Red mark at 16Degrees or 16BTC
the car runs great at the moment.
