Default Turbo Junkies I NEED Your Help

I am in the market for a new turbo for my car. Right now I am boosting a stock B16 as I wait for my built LS block to be finished. I am running a t3/to4e ebay turbo, and even though I dont have any problems YET, I want to upgrade. I am looking for about 350whp daily and anywhere from 450-600whp on the track. The ls block will be able to handle the power so thats not my concern. A friend of mine is offering me a Garrett GT28 ball bearing turbo for a pretty cheap price and he said he had a custom exhaust side put on with a 64 AR. So my question is, can the GT28 handle 450-600whp? Am I going to be asking way too much of this turbo? I know a GT35R would be a nice turbo but I figured 350whp daily is too little for the turbo. Am I making sense? I have until friday to make my decision so help me out! Thanks HT!

there is a huge difference between 450 and 600 can you specify which one you want to get closer to. most street setups i suggest the gt3076. anything bigger typically requires a lot more parts to handle the power/trap speeds they produce.

the gt28 will definatley not come close to your goals.
