Default SERIOUSLY NEED HELP CLUTCH PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!

so my freind goes to turn on my car this mornin to move it and he comes inside and goes u got no clutch.....the car turns on but my clutch isnt engagin allwin me to change gears ...so i hadda roll the car out the drive way....any wayz when i push the clutch it gets floored and it wont let me get into gear at all and its been actin up since yesterday after noon i dont kno wut it is or wut it can be and weird part about it as dumb as it is to do i had to get the car up my driveway into the garage so i had to force it into gear and i had my foot on the brakes and the clutch and as soon as i eased off the break the car started rolling foward....not as in a rockin but is if i was givin it gas so i got it in the garage and now its jus sittin here and i need help to figure out wit the prob might be....any one please help me

oh yea and by the way car is a 2000 accord 4dr 4cyl non vtec

your master or slave cylinder is dead. possibly both of them but i doubt that. my car had the same problem and it was a bad slave cylinder.

I'd do all these things that thety are suggesting...a clutch slave is 45 bucks I forgot how much a master cylindar is....ALSO I'd check your tranny side axel to see if It didnt jump out this had me baffeled but the symptoms were pretty similar to what you were describing..GL and calm down it aint that bad

they made non vtec engine between 98-02 ? whats the engine code?

well to sum it up im new to the honda scene so i dont kno alot but i looked into my accord and so far i beleive most F series for accords are non v-tec well atleast the sohc like i had a f20a in it but it blew cause it was already goin bad so i swap a f23a into it and its bout the same thing sohc non v-tech 2.3L i kno that the f20b is the dohc v-tec engine off the euro r accord .....


oh yea and thanx to evryone who replied now i kno wut to focus on....and i kno it cant be the master cyclinder cause thats for my brakes and my brakes are fine lol so i ordered the slave cyclinder and i should be gettin it put in soon

the f23a4 is vtec, i have vtec in mine and i have the ex model, not sure if its different for the dx and lx's though.

my engine code is the f23a5 not the a4 thats y ur prob is vtec mine is regular sohc lol oh well take it ur the lucky one and yea the ex does come vtec not the dx which is wut i got

yes, the brakes have a master cylinder but there is also a master and slave cylinder for the hydraulic clutches.

so i just saved 45 bucks cause there was a cap that attachs to the lid for my clutch fluid and when i opened it it would stay there will fluid in it right.....so it moved when i went to check it again and my clutch fluid was low i was like wtf so i aint have to replace nuthin expect add a bit of dot 3 fluid in there i would have neva even thought of that if it wasnt for me checkin the fluid again and seein the black top move on me ....wtf lol
