my car wont move when its on nuetral! need help!

i have the ebrake down, and off gear on nuetral.

i wanted to push my car but it wont move.

i just changed my clutch master cylinder.

and btw, my clutch engages like a bisshhhh! extreme friction! i cannot drive that shizzz!

any help gladly appreciated!

caliper seized? jack the car up and isolate which tire/s is/are preventing the car from moving forward. than pull apart the caliper and figure out what the deal is.

not sure what your clutch issues have to do with your car not moving..
