my alternator wont charge its a new one and i have a new batt... the fuse is good... it will kill the batt. in like 2days of not drving that much... its not draining it while the car is off... i just noticed that the main ground wasnt connected would that matter? any ideas? 2000 honda civic

 

some of the most important things on hondas are grounds, without them ur car will do some weired ****.........so to answer ur question, yes, it would matter

 

make sure you get a good connector. i sodered and black taped it and it was still ****** up but when i got a good connector i have no more problems
