Default Turbo How to launch?

Ok I have a 95 civic hb with gsr fully build 9:1.1 comp pistons. Im running 24.5/9/13 inch slicks on bogarts. running 12 psi of boost. If I launch at 5000 the car will bog but if i launch at 6000 it will light the slicks up out of the whole until i hit the top of second gear then i wll start catching trackson. best so far is a 12.09@122 mph

1-have you got adjustable front shocks and extremely stiff rears.

2-what tire pressure are you running

3-have you got z-10 or comp engineering traction bars in front

4-do you have a spool/limited slip diff/or open diff

I'd try in between 5k and 6k which leaves 5.5k rpm, see what you can work out from there. I'd try trial and error to find the sweet spot.

could you please post the whole slip times out of your 12.09@122 mph or best run you have ever had and just kinda list some of the highlights of your turbo setup...

With that trap speed I estimate you are making about 350 to the wheels. I would start with suspension, what coil rate springs do you have on the rear? Do you have a Quaife LSD or anything like that? Z10 bars would help . What psi are you running in your slicks? I would run it as low as 5 psi and see if that works.

Other than that try feathering it out of the hole to control wheelspin.

122 mph in a full interior hatch w/ gsr stock bore is good for at least mid 11's.
