ECL and engine issues
So I came back from a week in Florida and I fired up my car that I had left in the garage and took it to my bro's house about 20 miles away. Everything seemed fine, but the next day when I started it up it started to rev up and down while warming up in idle, and then it started to gurgle. The check engine light flashed at me, but I was going to the doctor's so I thought I might be able to work through it. The car ran weak and sounded funny but it gradually got better to the point where nothing was wrong in about 10 min. I figured it mighta been because it was a really hot week and maybe the gas in the tank had evaporated, so I got some dry gas and changed the oil, and but some gas treatment stuff in.
My car ran fine from then (about 3 weeks ago) til this morning, when once again it acted the same but it took only about a minute for it to start acting like usual. This time, though, I pulled the codes from the ECL and I got 71, 72, and 73
That translates into random misfires in cylinders 1-3, right? The car ran fine again today, but that's definately something I need to act on, yeah? Any thoughts? I got a 00 Civic EX.
Much obliged

Replace the spark plugs and even the wires. WHile your at it, do yourself the favor of a general tune up with the cap & rotor.
Misfires in different cylindars would certainly cause it to "gurgle" and run weak.
