Default how to clock a 14b greddy turbo??

i should be installing my turbo this weekend, and when checking to make sure i had everything together still, i noticed the downpipe is going to be right in the way of my intercooler pipe. all i would need to do to fix it, is to clock the turbo a little bit.

my question is, how do you clock a 14b? only thing i see is a v band between the exhaust housing and the center housing

you can see the v-band clamp right next to the exhaust side and then on the intake side is the biggest c-clip/locking ring i have ever seen. do i need to remove the c-clip to turn the intake side?

wow, nobody has ever had to clock a 14b? theres not your standard bolts around the edge of the cold side. there is a giant c-clip. is that what i need to remove? i just dont want to try, and end up breaking this clip, because i would have no idea where to get another.

Well if you clock it, the internal wastegate is going to need provisions to bolt back up to the compressor housing. Do you have a solution for that yet?
