Default clutch problems

ok my nephew has a 90 or 91 honda accord, hydraulic clutch.. the other night it would not shift he gets car home the clutch is all the way to the floor, im not sure what it could be, i only drive hondas with cable clutch..... so what could this be?

i would say its either the master or slave cylinder that is going bad.you could also try bleeding the clutch.

same thing happened to me and it turned out to be my slave cylinder you can still drive the car though...just gotta keep it in 1 gear the whole time! lol
