Default 250 WHP With No Turbo and no NOS

Would this be a possible set-up?

If you're looking to build the H23 or a Non-VTEC Engine, check out PirateMcFred's build.

There might be a few other similar builds, you'll have to search for them.

I have no idea how much he spent. I believe he used mostly stock parts from different H/F-Series Blocks.. It's been awhile since I've read it, so I can't be for certain any more.. But you could ask him..
I'm sure he didn't spend that much considering, the blocks he used were on the cheaper side, and I'm almost certain he did most the work himself... So if you were paying someone else to do it.. Then you might be spending some money then..
