i was driving down this one road today when a friend following behind me told me there was black smoke that came out from my exhaust and just from underneath the car in general not only the exhaust only when i took it up into the rpms. wat could this be??

it is more than likely an optical illusion (although if you have an exhaust leak maybe not) that it looks like it is coming out from under your car.
it is not uncommon for integras (or hondas in general) to run very rich when they are in the higher RPMs at WOT. the black smoke is a result of it running rich, it is unburned hydrocarbons.
if you are really worried about it, get a full tune up (plugs, wires, rotor, cap, injector clean, and TB clean) and take it to a dyno, get a wideband O2 test with a dyno, to see what your AF ratios are like at WOT in high RPMs.
mine is sitting at about 12.5:1 at WOT in the higher RPMs, this is normal, and it belches black smoke.
you shouldn't worry about it too much.
if you start seeing blue smoke, or white smoke, that is something to worry about.
