Default Clutch adjustment????

Ok so i just put a H22 in my civic and the tranny shifts rough... You can feel it grind and it grinds really rough so i know my syncro's arent bad. When i push my clutch all the way to the floor and rev my motor to like 5K its starts rolling foward... My guess is my clutch or clutch pedal may need to be adjusted... Any help would really be appreciated. Pics would be awesome as well. I looked at the fork and i couldn't see the adjustment screw so i didn't want to mess with it

have you tried to bleed the clutch or checked to see if your slave cylinder is leaking?

nothing is leaking and we did bleed the clutch.... I think that when the pedal is all the way down its just not enough to fully disengage the clutch. Cause when its in first and with the clutch pedal down, I can rev it real high and the car will move slowly

Firstly never ever rev it like that when the car isn't working right. That will kill a clutch quick.

Get a 12mm wrench, get under your steering wheel. There is a nut on the rod coming out of the master cylinder where it connects to the pedal, loosen that nut and spin that rod.

I'll describe the direction you should spin it in like this, you want it to be "loosening" from the bracket on the clutch pedal. This would be clockwise if you're looking at it from the driver seat toward the front of the car.

Don't go too far out or it will come out of the bracket, and getting it back in is a bitch.

When you're done, make sure to tighten that nut back down.
