Default Tune open DP or w/ exhaust?

I am going to be getting my car tuned in the next day or two, I run full exhaust but would also like be able to drive the car open DP when I want like at the track etc.

My question is should I tune open DP or with the exhaust on?

Exhaust setup is 2.5" turbo back with a straight through resonator and magnaflow muffler. I have a good sized turbo so open dp im sure will help spool up time.

tune open and make sure that things are safe with the exhaust

if you tune open dp and then add the exhuast later, your final tune w/ the exhaust will be more conservative

Ok gotcha that makes sense. The car open DP is really not all that loud but I just like the exhuast for things like road trips and not getting tickets lol

i ran open 3" dp for a month or so...it wasn't that bad, but it gets old really fast. Also, my gf was getting tired of my car smelling like an outboard boat motor

no difference in tuning or boost with mine... i guess my full exhaust is pretty damn good.

but i have a e-cutout and only half the exhaust ever goes out it, the other half still goes through the muffler..
