vtec
1.) Do you have enough oil?
2.) are your speed and tachometer guages working?
3.) Do you have any check engine lights?
4.) is your car warmed up to normal running temperature?
Itd be a bigger help if you actually post other info too, such as car's year, Motor, the ECU you are running, ect

i would check oil level first. If you are throwing a code i would also check that. Theres a write up in the 92-00 thread if you dont know how to check it.

Well off the top of my head, if its throwing a code regarding VTEC, such as the solonoid, then vtec will be disabled. Did vtec work previously to this problem? Did you wire VTEC yourself, and if so, are you sure the connections are secure?

Ok well that helps us out some more.
For future reference, post up all this type of info in your first post when you do new threads.
Did you go thru my first respose list of things to check?
That your speedo and tach guages work properly?
YOu have enough oil in the motor?
you car's temp guage reads correctly, and that you are trying this once it has left the mark "c", under normal running temps?

So damn hard to read your posts. The code #1 is for Oxygen Sensor. Check wiring first then replace if that doesn't help. From my knowledge you will not "hit" vtec while you are showng a CEL. Read the FAQs next time, much easier.

Somewhat accurate, only for certain ones, mainly VTEC CEL's themself, or other very vital sensors. Things like o2 sens, secondary o2, IAC, iat, ect, at least for me, have not disabled VTEC.
