Default which chip is best for h22 running off a p28

Mugen ,skunk2,??? which would be the best for a h22

this h22 is running of a p28 with a mugen program right now but I think the vtec kicks in too late(5700) I heard this programs is one of the best but should I change it for somthing with a lower vtec as the motor doesn't seem to pull much harder past 8000 unlike b16's and the other high revvers.

The H22a doesnt pull much after 7400 rpm because of its size. If you want to guarantee the best program for the h22a on a p28 get a Hondata stage 2. I am a Hondata dealer i can set you up with a base program that will get you close to the mods you have.

I have seen great results with the mugen program with a apex vtec controller to lower the vtec changeover point.
