only if I am like launching burning out or anything that cause high amount of stress when high revving, doesnt happen in 3rd 4th or anything high speed on highway just on street when going light to light.....also it is not doing it unless I beat it

Either the ring at the end of your axle is shot/missing or the journal within which the ring sits is so worn it can't hold up to the abuse. Pray for the former.

Make sure you have the circular clip to begin with that holds in the trans.
It should snap into place if not replace the clip.
