Default Engine Build Help: A6 Block With Z6 Head Turbo
hey guys.. im looking to get around 300whp..

here are some of my parts that I have..

vitara 8.5:1 75mm pistons
tuner toys h beam rods
d16a6 notched block
micropolished a6 crank
d16z6 head
block gaurd
arp headstuds
a6 water pump
a6 oil pump
z6 timing belt
y8 headgasket for a little higer comp.


if you guys can tell me anything I may need to know let me know asap..
also if i can achieve the 300whp mark at around 15-17 psi.

never built a d series before so if you guys could give me some info it would be greatly appreciated.. im doing a d series for my daily driver since im used to b series...

no stock z6 heads can hold that hp... i have one with 80k on it

But are you gonna at least PnP? I know from experience on a turbo car it is well worth it, and you gonna have teh head off anyway.

ive heard some stories about piston slap when using 75mm.. will this affect me since my block is notched? if anyone knows.. please inform me..thanks
