Default cel code 45

whats up guys/girls! im new to honda-tech and new to workin on cars so, any help is good help.

so i got a cel 45 which is i think is the Fuel system too rich or lean. the weird thing is that it comes on and off every once and awhile. all I've done to my civic dx is i/e. I wanted to know what would cause it and how to fix it.

ok checked it and cel 45 is fuel system is too rich or lean.

Probably a fuel pressure regulator problem.
