CEL 43??? Anyone else have this problem?

CEL 43??? Anyone else have this problem?
My check engine light came on as I was driving into work today. The code was 43. I checked what it stood for and it said "Fuel Supply System". ANYONE have any ideas or run into the similar code? Please HELP!
