Anyone have any pics or knowledge of where the oil pressure sensor is at on a jdm zc(d16)?

 

back of block, near oil filter, rubber boot over it

if you dont work out alot )if your arms arent buff as expletive) you can snake your arms up to where it is a remove it

i have that snap on adustable socket wrench that can turn or fold into its self and a nice deep socket will get it

otherwise use a racheting box end to get it with ease

right side of the oil filter?

 

should be the only thing going into the block above the oil fiter. it may be just off to one side... but still above it. it's got a single wire going to it.

how would i take it off? I'm installing an oil pressure gauge

 

a 15/16 deep socket works, take it out and install a tee fitting put gauge sensor or line on side of tee and the stock pressure sensor on the other end

 

how would i get to the sensor?Take off the manifold? You where i could get a tee at?

 

It's my first time doing an oil pressure gauge. I'll post pics when im done
