No power to dizzy

No power to dizzy
91 STD hatch
D16A6 swap
MPFI wired
PM6 ecu
Replaced main relay, dizzy, check grounds, check wiring
The car ran on same setup on last engine, swapped this engine in and it wont start.
Im not getting power to the dizzy. I have power to the big black/yellow wire but not the big dizzy plug. Any suggestions?
