Default Finished swap, car wont start

i just finished doing a auto-manual swap and a d16y8-b16a2 swap.i did all the wiring on the inside of the car. there are a few extra blk plugs on the passenger side engine bay but i think it was bc of the a/t. today i tried to start it up and it just kept making a popping noise and smoking from cylinder 4 (header wasnt tightened all the way). then i guess i blew my coil bc i check the plug wires for spark and its not sending anything from the dizzy. what could be my problem? heres my setup
b16a2
obd1 dizzy (spliced and soldered blk/yellow wire)
obd1 ecu
obd2 alt
obd2 a/t engine harness

((it turns over))

thats wierd. alot of forums ive read said that the cylinder order is 1342.i know i have the dizzy order right. last night before i went to sleep i tried to fire it up. it sounded like it was weak and after 2 cylinders the lights would just go out and i would hear a ticking noise (sounded like a spark)

Sounds like you ran the battery dead from cranking it too much. Charge the battery, then try again later after you have made sure the firing order is right.
