the ac is probably just empty. i work at a lube shop and we do that kinda thing. prolly cost ya about 150 bucks to get it recharged.
The window problem is a very common problem. Usually the glass slips off of the track on it's own. If you search for "window track" you should get a number of threads as results.
Here's a DIY on taking the door apart.

I'd really suggest that you fix anything broken because it often leads to other parts in the door becoming broken, such as the window motor wearing out.

Then the tracks or something else is broken.
Just putting the glass back on the tracks is a temporary solution. There usually seems to be a bigger problem. If you manage to get the glass back on, but haven't fixed anything (i.e., replaced), then I'd suggest not touching that window again until it gets fixed.

Yeah, my boyfriend's CX didn't come with A/C (nor does it have a moonroof like the Si and EX do) and his passenger window doesn't roll down. The more times he rolls it down, the worse it gets.
Honda charges about $75 an hour I think. And it will take more than ten minutes to fix.

your car sounds like mine em1... My ac went out.. Tried to get it recharged.. said it was the compressor and it needed replacing... And my engine burns an assload of oil.. cause the rings are bad.. Any smoking issues you noticed?
yea well i can get me window back in track in about 10 minutes but if they have to replace the tracks it will take longer....as for the oil problem its making my oil pressure drop and my light is coming on which scares me but i dont really notice any smoking but i know it is happening cause my back bumper is covered from it i am hoping it wont break down before i get a change to rip apart the block and rebuild it from the ground up
