Push down the clutch, headlight gets brighter, let go and its dim

Push down the clutch, headlight gets brighter, let go and its dim
I just noticed that my headlight gets brighter when I push down the clutch to switch gears, it goes back to normal (little dimmer) when I let it go. What can I do?

in my 92 si when i turn the head lights on the rpms go up jus a lil bit... same as when u turn the ac on.
when u push the clutch in... the rpms drop and if u have a bad relay of some sort that isnt tellin the engine to throttle up jus a lil... u lose power... and brightness
my bros car will run rough when u turn the ac on at idle cause his engine doesnt throttle up like its supposed to.
so its some kinda sensor thing... nothin to worry bout though
