What Do I Need To Make My Car Run In The 12's??
Rite now, I have a B18B1 in my 91 CRX HF..and was wondering if any one got any suggestions how to make my car run in the 12's..as of now..i have custom intake, dc 4-1 1-piece header, custom 2 1/2 exhaust, crower 403's cams, crower ti-retainers, crower dual valvesprings, P&P, bored-out t/b, port-matched intake manifold, 3 angle valve job, polished combustion chamber, aem cam gear, reprogrammed ecu 8,500 redline, gsr flywheel, clutchmasters stage 2 pressure plate, b16 clutch, & s1 tranny..THANX..

Lots and lots ant lots of money...

nah, i don't think it takes a ton of cash, a good ls/vtec(even a stock gsr litttlevtec) in a hatch/crx will be in the 12's. i guess it depends if your talking low or high 12's. what times does your car run now?

sure it might be rare but its possible. and ls/vtec doesn't have to be an expensive/fully built monster. it can be made almost entirely from stock parts that you can source quite easily.

you answered your own question... it will last as long as you treat it as what it is, and know the limit of your parts.
