Eagle Rods on my C5 block

Default Eagle Rods on my C5 block

I am a noob on this.. I am putting some low compression pistons and eagle h beam rods and was wondering what kind of bearings to use. I know that honda bearings is recommended by eagle but how do i know which bearing to use?

any input is appreciated

Please do your car a favor and take it to an engine builder. They will get the correct bearings. Everything needs to be spec'd out prob with plastigage.
Low Comp? You going turbo I hope?

Explain more please?
I would go by what is on the block/crank, but depends on I guess how much the crank was touched/worn

I always assumed this was checked with plastiguage.

The motor has never been opened.. everything is in its original form... what i meant to say was.. will the eagle h beam work with the stock bearing?? and plastiguage, do i torque it with one side of the bearing on or how does the process go?? more than likely if i mest up.. i know next time what not to do.. i don't have any of the mirometer or all that fancy measurement tool but i do have plastiguage... thanks for the input

1) Don't reuse bearings.
2) Building an engine is all about measuring and you don't have "mirometer or all that fancy measurement tool" that is a recipe for a a lot of wasted money.
