You can use everything basically off your old motor, but if your going to use vtec your going to need a new ECU and harness bc I dont think the VX comes with vtec. GL

i know you will beable to use your vx harness but you will have to rewire the o2 sensor. The d15z1 uses a 5 wire 02 sensor where as the jdm d15b uses a 4 wire o2 sensor, it been awhile since i've messed with that so u may want to search up on that. everything else that you listed will work for you swap. ...hope that helps

Its plug and play the harness needs no modification for VTEC on the d15b it only needs modification for the o2 sensor, but I got by without rewiring from 5 wire to 4 wire on my d16z6 swap using the vx harness. But I get a CEL for it not sure if its bad but it works fine for me.

move one wire on the VX side of the shock towers and the D15B will plug right in.
the one wire is for the O2 signal.
